What can EZ-Log do for you?

Manage Inventory
The Inventory Management function helps you keep track of how much Kogenate^® FS you have on-hand. The Inventory Management function warns you when stock level is low and simplifies the re-order process.

Record Remarks
Simple menus make data entry easy, and the Record Remarks feature allows you to add information to previous diary entries.

Scan Barcode
EZ-Log has a built-in barcode scanner so you can automatically enter infusion data into your diary. Scanning the Kogenate^® FS barcode is a fast and accurate way to record product usage.

Training User
With this function, you can train on the EZ-Log without opening a live account. The case studies in the Patient Learning Guide can be completed while in the training user mode to quickly and easily learn to use EZ-Log.

Transmitting Data
With the Transmit Data function, you can access your clinic through a phone line connected to the EZ-Log charger/modem and safely upload your data and reports. Each time you connect to your clinic, EZ-Log will also check for any messages sent to you from your clinic.

View Web-Based Reports
EZ-Log can generate detailed reports based on your entries about your home-based treatments. You can view the Infusion Summary Report on your EZ-Log, or print it using your home computer and printer.

Patient Support
The EZ-Log Support Staff will assist you with any questions you may have or technical problems you might be experiencing with EZ-Log. You will need to provide your User ID and Support Token for account verification when calling EZ-Log customer support.

Use the Memo Pad to write important notes during appointments with your healthcare provider.

Address
Enter your key contacts (Hemophilia Treatment Center, Home Healthcare Company, Local NHF Chapter, etc) in the Address Book.

Date Book
Use the Date Book function to set reminders for your infusions and to keep track of appointments with your healthcare provider.
