Market Research & Studies
In November of 2003, EZ-Log was tested with a group of patients, parents, nurses, caregivers, and other professionals (such as homecare executives and pharmacy benefits providers) at the 55th Annual Meeting of the National Hemophilia Foundation in Salt Lake City. Here are the results:
- 93% of survey respondents placed a very high importance on having control over treatment management (i.e. recording treatment and infusion information; obtaining counseling and tips from healthcare providers and nurses).
- Almost all respondents preferred EZ-Log to an Internet-based service.
- Over 90% of survey respondents felt their current method of record keeping (including paper diaries, spreadsheets, Advoy, and saving box tops) was inconvenient.
- Almost all survey respondents were highly impressed with EZ-Log's features and see it as something that will bring about significant improvements in the way they record information.
