EZ-Log Sign-In

Patients using EZ-Log are able to enter treatment data into their PDAs and then transmit that data to the EZ-Log secure database over a telephone line (using the cradle modem provided). Clinics can then use the EZ-Log web application to generate a variety of reports that may be used to assist patients and healthcare providers with treatment management.

The EZ-Log web application for clinics is easy to access, easy to use, and password protected. Initially, a temporary password is assigned, and once the physician, nurse, or clinician has signed in, she can change it to a secure password of her choice.

Only after the correct password has been entered can the user display a list of clinic patients, and generate infusion summary reports, inventory reports, or infusion calendars for those patients.

Kogenate® FS, Antihemophilic Factor (Recombinant), is a recombinant factor VIII treatment indicated for the treatment of hemophilia A. The most frequently reported adverse events were local injection site reactions, dizziness, and rash. Known intolerance or allergic reactions to constituents of the preparation is a contraindication to the use of Kogenate® FS.
