The EZ-Log handheld device is free for Kogenate® FS patients and ideal for patients and caregivers on-the-go—record treatment anywhere and transmit data using the EZ-Log Bluetooth modem or over the Internet by linking the EZ-Log handheld device to your computer.

EZ-Log Web Client is free for all patients with hemophilia and provides the option for patients to log treatment information on the secure EZ-Log Website wherever Internet access is available. Enter and transmit data with a simple mouse click. *A computer and Internet connection are required.

Patient Data Recorded Using EZ-Log is Private and Secure

• Privacy is protected with a secure personal ID number and password
• Data transmission to and from EZ-Log server is encrypted
